The Prime Minister of Georgia is ready to accept the proposal of the European Council President, Charles Michel, and to attend a meeting with the opposition today.

“I want to echo the excellent initiative by Charles Michel regarding a possible meeting between me and the opposition. I’m ready to attend this meeting and take part in it.

I reaffirm my readiness on behalf of our team as we will do our utmost to take concrete steps towards de-escalation and real, constructive dialogue. I would like to thank Mr President for this initiative”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
