The Government of Georgia launches a large-scale renewal program in 63 municipalities. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of the country.

“There are a lot of places in Georgia that we need to make more attractive. First of all, it should be done for our citizens, and then for the guests of our country. Equal development and promotion of regions is extremely important. Improving the living, working conditions for our citizens everywhere should become the main goal of the state.

A large-scale renewal program envisages urban renewal in 63 municipalities, rehabilitation of important cultural and historical heritage sites, administrative centers of municipalities and arrangement of recreational spaces”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.

As he added this project would create 15,000 new jobs. The first phase of the project costs GEL 500 million.
