It is still unknown whether the two amnesty documents will be merged into one bill. The amnesty bill drafted by the Georgian Dream faction relating to the events of June 19-20 has been adopted by the Parliament in the first reading. The bill was supported by 87 deputies. 9 Members of Parliament voted against the bill.

According to the parliamentary majority, the bill submitted by the Georgian Dream is in full compliance with the document of the Charles Michel, the violation of which is a red line for their team.
