The Latvian Foreign Minister is holding meetings in Georgia

Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkēvičs in holding a face-to-face meeting with his Georgian counterpart David Zalkaliani. Besides, an extended meeting will be held between the delegations of the two countries.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Rinkēvičs will also travel to the village of Odzisi near the occupation line and get to know the situation on the ground.

In addition, he will pay tribute to the fallen fighters for the unity of the country and lay a wreath at the Heroes’ Memorial.

During his visit to Georgia, the Latvian Foreign Minister will also hold meetings with the Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Gharibashvili and the Chairman of the Parliament Kakha Kuchava.
