A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Parliament of Georgia and the National Democratic Institute.

The event was opened by the Chairman of the Parliament Kakha Kutchava and the Director of the NDI Georgia Office Alan Gillam.

The document envisages the introduction of innovative methods in parliamentary activities. As Kutchava said, the parliamentary activities will become even more effective and confidence in the legislature will increase.
