It is extremely important to strengthen people’s trust and confidence in the judiciary. Such a statement made today German Ambassador to Georgia Hubert Knirsch.
“I’m concerned that there are differences of opinions on the appointment of judges among the parties that signed the Charles Michel document. The Charles Michel document must be fully implemented. The judiciary is a very delicate issue. It is extremely important to strengthen people’s trust and confidence in the judiciary, and the process of appointing judges should promote the strengthening of that trust”, - added German Ambassador.
