The Chairman of the Georgian Dream said today that “radical, anti-Christian groups are being led by former President Mikheil Saakashvili”.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the organizers of yesterday’s rally, protesting the death of Lekso Lashkarava, are the leaders of radical, anti-Christian groups, “who decided to score points on the death of the colleague”.

“This group includes several people, as well as Shame movement and the political forces that coordinates them. Their goal is to oppose the state, the church, they have immoral and anti-state goals. We have not only condemned the violence on July 5, but also arrested a number of people”, - added the Chairperson of the ruling party.
