The general debate of the 76th session of the General Assembly opens at the UN today. The opening of the high-level week will be attended by a Georgian delegation led by Prime Minister.

The participants in the opening session of the general debate will be addressed by the UN Secretary General, the President of the General Assembly, the President of US and other leaders.

The speech of Irakli Garibashvili at the session of the General Assembly is scheduled for Friday, September 24.

Today, Head of the Government of Georgia will hold bilateral meetings with leaders of different states.
