The leader of the parliamentary majority and the chairman of the Georgian Dream, responded to the statements of the MEPs regarding the case of Mikheil Saakashvili.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, the letter is actually signed by one MEP.

“As of today, only one MEP is signing this letter, but that is also a problem. As for the 70 signatures, they include Elene Khoshtaria, Batu Kutelia, etc. I do not know if they are MEPs.

Whoever signs such a letter becomes to some extent an accomplice of the crime committed by Mikheil Saakashvili. I call on everyone to act in accordance with European values. Mikheil Saakashvili has nothing to do with European values”, - added Irakli Kobakhidze.
