A member of the Batumi City Assembly and the head of the Batumi organization of the Giorgi Gakharia’s “For Georgia” - Irakli Tavdgiridze - left the party.

“It is categorically unacceptable to cooperate with the United National Movement (including Lelo) in any form, especially having a coalition with them.

Accordingly, I am leaving the position of the head of the Batumi organization for the For Georgia party and I will continue working in the City Assembly as an independent deputy.

No to the Nationals! No to evil! The UNM will never be the majority in Batumi City Assembly”, - writes Tavdgiridze on his Facebook page.
