Prosecutor files a motion Mikheil Saakashvili to be involved in trials - from the penitentiary institution or remotely. According to Jarji Tsiklauri, if for any reason the prisoner could not be transported, it was possible that the trial would be held at the place of detention with the direct participation of the accused.

“Mikheil Saakashvili could not be transported, because he was not allowed to participate in the trial, the Code of Procedure stipulates - if due to objective circumstances, the transportation cannot take place, the trial can be held with the direct participation of the accused at the place of detention.
