Members of the Georgian Dream left for Strasbourg, where they will meet with the members of the European Parliament.

According to Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairperson of the ruling team, the talks will probably focus on Mikheil Saakashvili’s case, although their main task is to convey messages to the partners about Georgia’s future development.

“We will talk about the ongoing political processes in the country. Of course, one of the topics of conversation will probably be the former president, however, the main thing for us is to convey the messages related to the future development of Georgia.

It is important for the country and, naturally, for our partners to change the agenda in Georgia, to get out of the closed circle of polarization. Therefore, in addition to the details related to Saakashvili"s imprisonment, first of all, we will talk about the need to change this agenda”, - added Irakli Kobakhidze.
