Mikheil Saakashvili is an offender, and he must serve his term. Such a statement made today the Mayor of Tbilisi.

“When it comes to Mikheil Saakashvili, we must come to terms with one thing: he is an offender, and he will have to spend time behind bars.

An investigation of other cases is underway. We should wait for the decision of the corresponding agencies”, - added Kakka Kaladze.
