The trial of Mikheil Saakashvili continues in the Tbilisi City Court amid tension.

The controversy followed a motion by lawyers seeking the avoidance of two Prosecutors - Giorgi Mujiri and Archil Tkeshelashvili. The lawyers of the former president accuse prosecutors of bias and politicization of the case.

The verbal confrontation between the defense and the prosecution has been going on for almost 30 minutes.

The judge calls on them to calm down, but the tension still continues.
