Mikheil Saakashvili’s trial in the case of illegal crossing of the Georgian state border will be held in the Tbilisi City Court at 12:00 p.m.

According to the former president, he will “most likely not be able to attend the trial due to weakness”.

As the defense says, the process is politicized and has nothing in common with law.

Mikheil Saakashvili was detained on October 1, 2021, on charges of illegally crossing the state border of Georgia. Four more people have been charged in the case.
