The Minister of Health Ekaterine Tikaradze didn’t attend today’s Government session. Her Deputy tried to explain the reason.

“I completely rule out any kind of controversy. I do not remember, I deny it. I was attending the government session today. The Ministry of Health did not have any issue to discuss at the meeting, so my presence was sufficient and the presence of the Minister was not necessary.

As for the concept of Green Passport. Recently there has been a discussion in medical circles, as well as in the Coordination Council, and we adopted this version. Everything is subject to revision. I think the opinion of experts will be considered.

As of the candidate for the post of Minister of Health, I think consultations are underway”, - said Tamar Gabunia.
