Parliament to approve state budget for 2022 today

Parliament will discuss and approve today the draft state budget for 2022 at plenary session.

The main financial document will be presented by the Minister of Finance Lasha Khutsishvili.

The volume of the state budget for 2022 is GEL 19 171.1 million, which is an increase of GEL 332.0 million compared to the previous version of the draft budget.

Part of the opposition will attend the discussion process, but will not take part in the voting. The United National Movement remains in a boycott mode.
