Snow cover in highland Adjara exceeds 1 meter

Bad weather in highland Adjara. Due to heavy rainfall, rural roads were closed. In mountainous villages the snow cover exceeds 1 meter.

About 5,000 subscribers of several villages have not been supplied with electricity. Brigades are working on restoration of electricity.

According to the Adjara Road Department, heavy equipment is working in Khulo, Shuakhevi and Keda municipalities, road cleaning works are underway.
