Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili is being transferred from Rustavi prison to Tbilisi City Court, where a hearing will be held on the case of illegal crossing of the Georgian state border.

The hearing is scheduled for 13:00 in Tbilisi City Court. The former president will also attend the hearing.

The investigation into the illegal border crossing by Mikheil Saakashvili started on October 1. Elguja Tsomaia, Zurab and Shalva Tsotsoria and Giorgi Narimanidze have been charged in the case, they have pleaded guilty.
