French President Emmanuel Macron held a new 90-minute phone call with Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin today, his office says, the third conversation since the invasion of Ukraine.

An aide to Macron, briefing reporters on condition of anonymity, says the French leader spoke with Putin, “then called President (Volodymyr) Zelensky” in Kyiv.
