The Mayor of Tbilisi calls the statement of Ukrainian intelligence a lie and says that it is a deliberate provocation.

“The blatant lie dissaminated today, suggesting that Georgia and Russia are in secret talks concerning establishing smuggling channels tu Russia through Georgia, is a delibarate provocation aimed at casting a shadow over the relations between Ukraine and Georgia.
