Georgia’s territorial integrity and regional security will be the main agenda of meetings involving Prime Minister at the United Nations. Such a statement made today David Bakradze, Georgia’s permanent representative to the UN.
The Ambassador noted the importance of the meetings during the period when the international community is facing “a lot of challenges” in security, sustainable economic development, energy security and other directions.
“Of course, these issues, based on our [Georgia’s] challenges - such as territorial integrity [and] regional security issues - will be on the main agenda of the meetings and conversations of the prime minister”, - added David Bakradze.
Irakli Garibashvili will attend the opening of the UN General Assembly on Tuesday and address participants of the general debate of the session, while also holding a number of “high-level bilateral meetings”.
