We will find ways and continue to help Ukraine, but we have clearly said that we will never get involved in this war as a state. Such a statement made today the Prime Minister of Georgia.
“After this terrible war started in Ukraine, we, the Government together with the community, sent more than 1000 tons of humanitarian cargo. We were in the first place among 190 countries that provided the most humanitarian aid to Ukraine. Before that, we helped Ukrainian refugees and provided them with maximum assistance.
This assistance continues even now. An example of this is education in the Ukrainian language - Ukrainian children are educated here in Ukrainian schools, which we opened. As for additional humanitarian aid, we will review it again and continue to provide aid.
Regarding military aid, we have clearly and distinctly said that we do not do this, we will never get involved in this war, conflict, as a state, this is our clear position. As the Prime Minister and the ruling team, I am responsible to the people”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
