Penitentiary Service, at this stage, lacks the ability to provide remote involvement of Mikheil Saakashvili. Such a statement during the trial made the judge Giorgi Arevadze.

According to him, they received a letter from the Penitentiary Service on the relevant issue, which explains that “the Penitentiary Service at this stage lacks the ability to provide remote involvement of the former president”.
