Georgia has been a member of the Council of Europe for more than 20 years. There are rulings of the European Court of Human Rights relating to Georgia, which should be taken into account. The opinions of the Venice Commission and other monitoring organizations of the Council of Europe should also be taken into account, which indicate how reforms should be implemented, and most importantly, the Council of Europe is here to support Georgia in these efforts to make sure that European values are part of society and that the whole system is built on these values.
