The Parliament has again failed to put the creation of a temporary investigative commission regarding the judiciary to the vote.

The quorum needed to start the voting procedure at the plenary session was not reached - the parliamentary majority did not register before voting.

The issue of creating an investigative commission became active in the Parliament after the USA sanctioned four Georgian judges.
