With the financial support of the EU-Georgia “Integrated Development Program of Pilot Regions,” Company “Kaila” opened a grain storage enterprise in Samtredia, Imereti.
Within the program, the company received a loan in the amount of GEL 450 000, of which the Rural Development Agency would fund GEL 270 000. The enterprise will store up to 1 000 tons of grains collected from the farmers. The company employs eight people.
The EU-Georgia “Integrated Development Program of Pilot Regions” operates in the Imereti, Kakheti, Guria and Racha-Lechkhumi regions. It aims to support small and medium-sized businesses. Within the framework of the program, 48 enterprises were financed throughout Georgia.
