The first municipal services center in the municipalities of Georgia was opened in Rustavi. The project is implemented within the framework of the ongoing municipal services reform in Rustavi City Hall with the support of the USAID Local Self-Government Program.
Rustavi Mayor Nino Latsabidze presented the presentation of reformed services and municipal services center.
In the new center, Rustaveli residents will enjoy all municipal services in one comfortable and modern space. The center, where citizens will be served by universal operators, is equipped with all the necessary equipment and adapted to receive citizens with disabilities.
All types of services that the municipality offers to citizens will be gathered together in the service center. Residents of Rustaveli will be able to benefit from social, architectural, infrastructural, building improvement and other programs in a new, modern space, where, in addition to universal operators, consultants, representatives of various municipal services and the mayor will provide them with the necessary advice.
