MPs observe minute of silence in commemoration of Tamaz Ginturi, killed by occupants

Georgian MPs observed a minute of silence at the plenary sitting in commemoration of Tamaz Ginturi, a Georgian citizen killed by Russian occupants.

“The murder of 2008 war veteran Tamaz Ginturi once again demonstrated the gravity of the occupation. The occupation victimizes the lives and health of our citizens and demonstrates that the main national task for our country and every Georgian should be to end the occupation and restore territorial integrity. Please honor the memory of Tamaz Ginturi with a minute of silence”, - said the Speaker of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili.

Russian occupants killed Tamaz Ginturi during an attempt of illegal arrest on November 6.
