We are the only country in the entire region that has a free trade agreement with China and the European Union, said the Prime Minister of Georgia at the SPECA Summit of heads of state.

“Georgia, as a country with growing economic potential, is a reliable and stable partner. We have signed free trade agreements with the European Union and China. We also have free trade with CIS countries, Great Britain, United Arab Emirates and Turkey. Overall, free trade agreements in Georgia give investors access to a 2.3 billion consumer base.

I would like to mention here that in July of this year I had a very successful visit to China, during which we took our relations to a new level, signed a strategic partnership agreement, which provides new opportunities not only for our countries, but for the entire region.

I would also like to point out that we are the only country in the entire region that has a free trade agreement with China and the European Union”, - said Irakli Garibashvili.
