Such a statement made today the Chairman of the Parliament, before the beginning of the working meeting regarding the steps of the European Commission.

“We follow the action plan approved by the Government commission for integration with Europe. We act exactly according to the schedule and steps that are written there.

Today we will have a meeting in the working format we were talking about. Both the opposition and the civil sector will be involved in the discussion of these issues. Our agenda includes discussion of all the issues arising from the 9 steps, focusing especially on the issues that are within the competence of the Parliament. I hope that we will have a fruitful meeting. Just like the 12 steps, this is a format where everyone has the opportunity to express their ideas, opinions, and positions”, - said Shalva Papuashvili.
