Protest rally - march against Transparency of Foreign Influence bill held was held from the Republic Square to Parliament. The demonstrators were protesting against the proposed draft law on “Transparency of Foreign Influence”, initiated by the Georgian Dream.

Representatives from non-governmental organizations and opposition political parties also participated in the rally.

The people who came to the march carry the flags of Georgia and the European Union, and, as a sign of April 9, the participants were given daisies and tulips.

Representatives of the civil society were moving towards the legislature with the slogans: “Yes to Europe! No to Russian law!”, “We choose Europe”, “Georgia will never be Russia!”, “Let’s defend the victory of April 9 together!”, etc.

As the participants said, the goal of the march was to protect the country’s European perspective.
