Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee approved the Draft Law on Discharging Administrative Fines

The Committee discussed the Draft Law on Discharging Administrative Fines.

Per the elucidation of the Deputy Minister of IDPs, Labor, Health and Social Protection, Irine Tsakadze, the persons committing two types of administrative offenses during the COVID pandemic shall be exempted from administrative liability.

“These two types of offenses are the violation of the isolation and quarantine regulations and the violation of the facemask wearing rules”, - she stated.

The Committee approved the Draft
