The restoration work on the damaged main water pipeline should be completed tomorrow, June 25.

According to the information of Georgian Water and Power, in the vicinity of the village of Tsitsamuri, the work on the pipe damaged by the accident has been ongoing for the ninth day. During this period, tens of thousands of cubic meters of land were cut.

110,000 subscribers of Tbilisi and Mtskheti were left without water on June 16. The affected citizens will be supplied with water according to schedule.

The cause of the damage to the pipe was the collapse of the slope where construction waste was illegally dumped for years. The fact is being investigated under two articles.
