The First Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia, highlighted the importance of Georgian Foreign Minister’s participation in the NATO Summit in Washington. In his remarks, Lasha Darsalia underlined the importance of the meetings held by Darchiashvili on the sidelines of the NATO Summit.

“Euro-Atlantic integration is one of the important directions of Georgia’s foreign policy. Therefore it is very important that Georgia is represented at the ongoing NATO Washington Summit.

I would like to highlight that these meetings [held within the framework of the NATO Summit], first of all, are noteworthy as pressing issues and important directions of our cooperation are discussed and plans are made for further cooperation”, - said the First Deputy Foreign Minister.
