Prime Minister of Georgia has departed for an official visit to Tajikistan

The Prime Minister of Georgia has departed for an official visit to the Republic of Tajikistan.

An official welcoming ceremony for the Head of Government will be held at Dushanbe International Airport. Irakli Kobakhidze will be received by the Prime Minister of Tajikistan, Kokhir Rasulzoda.

As part of the official visit, the Georgian Prime Minister is scheduled to hold meetings with his Tajik counterpart, both face-to-face and in an expanded session.

He will also be hosted by the President of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon, at the Presidential Palace. Following their meeting, the leaders will make joint statements to the media. Irakli Kobakhidze is scheduled to meet with the Chairman of the House of Representatives of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Georgian delegation also includes Maka Botchorishvili, Vice Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs; Mariam Kvrivishvili, Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development; Davit Songhulashvili, Minister of Environmental Protection and Agriculture; Givi Mikanadze, Minister of Education, Science and Youth; Tinatin Rukhadze, Minister of Culture; Levan Zhorzholiani, Head of the Government Administration.
