On the margins of the Dubrovnik Forum, the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Botchorishvili, held a meeting with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov.
During the meeting, the parties reviewed issues pertaining to bilateral cooperation between the two countries. Discussions focused on further deepening bilateral relations and the importance of conducting high-level visits.
Particular attention was devoted to deepening trade and economic ties between Georgia and Uzbekistan. Special note was taken of the importance of strengthening cooperation in the development of the Middle Corridor.
The issues discussed during the meeting included cooperation and mutual support within international organizations.
