"National Movement" is a party of the past - Kaladze

The [United] National Movement [UNM] is not interesting, it is a party of the past. Such a statement made today the Mayor of Tbilisi, while speaking about the UNM party congress, scheduled for August 5.

As he noted, during its 9 years in power, the UNM showed what a government should not be like, and now it shows what an opposition should not be like.

“The UNM is not interesting, it is a party of the past. This is the group that ruled the country for 9 years, and they showed everyone what a ruler should not be like.

Today, being in the opposition, they show everyone an example of what an opposition should not be like. This is a criminal group. Today we are talking about the August War, and I will repeat it once again - through their politics, the steps they took, and what they dared to do, this is a treasonous act against the country”, - said Kakha Kaladze.
