The logic of the Hungarian Prime Minister is quite well-founded. Irakli Kobakhidze said in response to a journalist’s question regarding the statement made by Hungarian Prime Minister Péter Magyar, according to which Ukraine’s accession to the European Union might take 15 or even 20 years.

As Head of the Government noted, this doubt of the Hungarian Prime Minister is based on a specific logic, and this logic has political, technical, as well as financial foundations.

“The admission of Ukraine into the European Union could lead to a complete zeroing out of the aid receivable from the EU for all Eastern European countries — this is, for example, a technical and financial reason. There are many other reasons, and most importantly, there are political reasons. Therefore, I will say once again that this logic of the Hungarian Prime Minister is quite well-founded”, - said the Georgian Prime Minister.
