EU leaders are gathering in Rome, where the organization"s founding anniversary summit will be held.

Exactly 60 years have passed since the Rome Agreement was signed by European countries, which concerned free movement of people, goods, services and capital.

The anniversary summit will be held in the Rome Capitol. Political leaders of to 27 member countries will sign a declaration, which will be describe the EU"s achievements andwill once again confirm the readiness to develop free and secure Europe.

Anniversary summit will not be attended for the first time by the British Prime Minister.
