The head of the agency will be appointed during this perod. The decree on his appointment, as well as dismissal is the prerogative of Prime Minister. The candidate before appointment is selected by a special commission.The Commission will have to make a choice among the three candidates, who will be chosn by the head of the State Security Agency.
