Father Giorgi Mamaladze"s lawyers will appeal against the court"s decision to leave the deacon in custody today.

The arguments , based in which the City court has refused to change preventive measures are unacceptable for the lawyers.

The Court has satisfied the Prosecutors" Office"s motion two days ago and gave another month to investigation to obtain evidences.

"None of requests have been justified by the Prosecutors" Office,"- says Mikheil Ramishvili.
