Continuation of the scandalous case , Tbilisi City Court, which accepted the joint lawsuit of the City Council, has to determine how legally judge Nata Nazgaidze`s brother received a million worth property.

The appeal is signed by all opposition faction and independent MPs and accordingly demands to revise the decision to give over the property to the claimant Zviad Nazgaidze . The first session is scheduled for May 15.

Republican Party Chairman Khatuna Samnidzesaid that this will not be just one case, as it looks like from the decision of the City hall that they are neglecting the law.

"We are very principled and will bring through this issue to the end; it is a sword of Damocles hanging over the government, but I suspect that it will not just one case because of the decisions that come from the City Hall on a dailybasis show that City Hall is neglecting the law. Nazgaidze case is one of the issues, which is discussed in various agencies. As you know, we have filed a lawsuit in the prosecutors office, which is deliberately dragging out teh process, "- said Samnidze.
