"This agency will be directly accountable to the State Security Agency," - said the United National Movement member,Khatia Dekanoidze about the agency which will posses the key according to the so-called wiretapping law.

"There is an institution, which contradict the decision of the Constitutional Court, human rights and the European Convention as well as the requirements and the promises of the Georgian Dream when they came to power," - said Khatia Dekanodze.

 Dekanoidze calls fictitious competition for electing the chairman for the operational and technical Agency. Khatia Dekanodze explained that this agency and its head would follow political instructions.
