Tbilisi City Court, which accepted the joint lawsuit of the City Council, has to determine how legally judge Nata Nazgaidze`s brother received a million worth property.

The appeal is signed by all opposition faction and independent MPs and accordingly demands to revise the decision to give over the property to the claimant Zviad Nazgaidze . The first session is scheduled for May 15.

The majority members of the City Council deny the existence of violations in the cae. GD faction believes that the transfer of the property to Nazgaidze is used by the opposition for political purposes.
