Identity of 3 candidates for submission to the European Court of Human Rights is known. The decision was made at today`s government session.

Georgian government supported Lado Chanturia, Shota Getsadze and Sophio Japaridze.

Lado Chanturia, who is currently the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to Germany,has received the highest score in the competition from a special government commission.
According to the received score assessment, Sophio Japaridze, Assistant to the Prime Minister of Georgia on Human Rights and Gender Equality Issues, took the second place among the 5 candidates,.

Shota Getsadze, who is currently a member of the High Council of Justice of Georgia, received 3.69 points from the commission members.
