After the scandalous statement of the head of the "International Chamber of Commerce", the opposition names those who are blamed in racket on behalf of the state. Both persons accused of racket are close to Bidzina Ivanishvili, one of them is former prosecutor Otar Partskhaladze. Nika Melia, a member of the "National Movement", brings as an example "sheep business" and says that foreign traders were driven out of the business by the state structures managed by Otar Partskhaladze.

The "European Georgia" also names Partskhaladze and Mamatsashvili as main
actors. Zurab Tchiaberashvili thinks that the main problem is that these informal rulers are not controlled by the Prime Minister Kvirikashvili.

The answer was given to the opposition from the ruling team. Gia Volsky believes neither Fady Asly nor the opposition. The Vice-Speaker argues that nobody creates problems for foreign businesses in Georgia.

Fady Asly also says that these unlawful subjects, who carry out attacks on foreign business and their property, are not controlled by the Prime Minister and they are accountable only to Bidzina Ivanishvili. Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce explained to the Courier that these individuals create problems for businesses through the state structures and often use the Court in such cases.

"International Chamber of Commerce" warns the Georgian authorities that if the attacks on foreign investments in the country do not stop, Georgia will lose trust and important international investment.
