The meeting of "Georgian Dream" political council ended a few minutes ago. "Georgian Dream" will nominate the Tbilisi mayoral candidate officially today. Members of the ruling party unanimously supported Kakhi Kaladze`s candidacy at the political council session.

After the meeting, the majority members made statements and noted that Irakli Garibashvili"s candidacy was not discussed .

Majority representatives also noted that Bidzina Ivanishvili will not be involved in the self-government elections campaign.

The official presenttion of the candidate is scheduled for 20:00, before that the Prime Minister will make a statement.
