The Tbilisi City Court refused to find legality of transfer of property to Judge Nazghaidze"s family. The court has named the limitation period as a reason of termination of the court proceeding.

"We are surprised as the Judge Buachidze has terminated this case due to the motion that the limitation period has expired. We are confused that Georgian Court was not willing to learn details and see, how Tbilisi"s property is spent,"- said Sevdia Ugrekhelidze, UNM member.

Mamuka Akhvlediani, a Chairman of "Movement for Freedom for Tbilisi" speaks about political motivation of the court decision.

"We believe that this was a political decision, because the judge had no reason to terminate the process,"- Mamuka Akhvlediani states.

Will only sign this political decision, because the judge did not have any reason to stop the process and did not discuss it with a truly horrendous example of corrupt deals that were carried out in Tbilisi City Hall against the judge Namsaidze"s family when they were taken out of Tbilisi pockets and donated a million. The judge made a political decision, "said Mamuka Akhvlediani.
