The Sakrebulo opposition considers politicalvthe decision to terminate the case on the transfer of a million-GEL-worth property to the family of Nata Nemsaidze who was a judge of Rustavi 2 case.

Judge Nino Buachidze stated in the court today that the case was terminated.

Judge Buachidze satisfied the petition to the applicants neither to request Davit Narmania`s interrogationnor to re-examination the issue of transfer of the property to Nazgaidze. Why evidence was found insufficient today, when on May 15th, Buchachidze recognized it as admissible, raises new questions in the opposition.

Unlike the opposition, Tbilisi City Council has no questions about the decision of the City Court.
